The main difference between “Folder Sharing” and “Delegation” is that “Delegation” empowers the delegate(s) with the right of sending email on behalf of user who allowed the delegation, where “Folder Sharing” only empowers specific individual to access specific resource in the outlook account, such as email folders, contacts, and calendars.
