How to connect VPN to access UM App intranet service?

To access the intranet services of the UM App, you are required to connect to the SSL VPN when you are off campus or connected to a non‑UM network.

Install Ivanti Secure Access Client (if not installed)

If Ivanti Secure Access Client is not installed on your mobile device, please refer to the FAQ “How to setup and use Ivanti Secure Access Client?” and select “ios or android” to install and configure the Ivanti Secure Access Client.

Open and connect using Ivanti Secure Access Client

If Ivanti Secure Access Client is already installed, the UM App will redirect you to the Ivanti Secure Access Client.

Please log in using your UMPASS account and complete the authentication process. Once the VPN connection is established, return to the UM App to access the intranet service.
