After migration is completed, all emails send to your @alum.um.edu.mo mailbox will be auto-forwarded to your UM@Connect mailbox. How to migrate the email from alumni email mailbox (@alum.um.edu.mo) to UM@Connect?

No action is required for user. ICTO will migrate your alumni mailbox (@alum.um.edu.mo) to UM@Connect (@connect.um.edu.mo) on the migration date notified which will be in May 2022. Notification mail will be sent to you once the migration is completed.

When will my alumni email account (@alum.um.edu.mo) be terminated?

The alumni email mailbox (@alum.um.edu.mo) will be phased out in May 2022. ICTO will migrate your mailbox to UM@Connect (@connect.um.edu.mo) which is a free, life-long 50 GB email account provided by UM. Users will receive email notification about the migration date, after that you may not be able to login @alum.um.edu.mo.
