In order to reduce the size of the email which contains graphics, please change the email format to “HTML” format in “Format Text” when you are composing it.
By default, all email format are Rich Text format (RTF) document. When graphics are inserted in the email, it is stored as uncompressed form. Therefore, the email size will be larger when you insert a large graphic.
