Lotus Notes provides the built-in email encryption function which can only be used within Lotus Notes system. As some colleagues are now using Outlook email service, they are unable to read any emails which are encrypted by Lotus Notes. Therefore, during the transition period, please DO NOT use Lotus Notes email encryption function.
