Create an email template:

  1. Click the “New E-mail” button on the “Home” tab.
  2. Compose the email content.
  3. In the “File” tab, click “Save As”.
  4. In “Save as type”, select “Outlook Template”.

  5. In the “File name” box, type a name for your template, then press “Save”.
    Notes: Please DO NOT change the default template location where the Outlook template will be saved.

 

Apply the email template:

  1. On the “Home” tab, click “New items” > “More Items” > “Choose Form”.

  2. In “Look In”, click “User Templates in File System”.

  3. Select the template, and then click “Open”.
  4. If necessary, customize your email on the content, subject, and recipients.
  5. Click “Send” to send the message.
