How to find Key ID?
Step 1: Connect the removable drive, click on “More Options“, and then click on “Enter recovery key” to unlock the BitLocker encrypted drive.
Step 2: The Key ID will be displayed.
If you are unable to unlock a drive that has been encrypted by ICTO’s computer using BitLocker, you need to contact Help Desk and provide the “Key ID” in order to retrieve your BitLocker Recovery Key. With the BitLocker Recovery Key, you can unlock encrypted drives and perform recoveries.
