By default, the email retention period is 15 months, emails older than the retention period will be archived automatically. Moreover, we encourage users to archive email periodically to reduce the used regular mailbox size. Users can still access and search the archived email online with the same practices.
Users will have 30GB for regular mailbox and unlimited storage for archive mailbox.
