- Step 1: Please make sure you have already installed Java Runtime Environment (JRE), you can download the latest JRE from here;
- Step 2: Use your UMPASS account to login SSL VPN;
- Step 3: The browser will prompt you to install a plug-in, “Pulse Secure Installer Service“, which is used for updating Pulse Secure;
- Step 4: Click the “Start” icon in the right hand side of “Client Application Sessions” tool bar to start Pulse Secure;

- Step 6: Connect to other UM resources as if you are at UM Campus.
