You will receive an email notification, called “User Digest” in your mailbox if an email addressed to you were quarantined. Will I always receive a User Digest email notification every day at 8:00 PM?
If secure email gateway does not quarantine or find any suspected emails that address to you within a week, you will not receive a User Digest email notification.
How long are suspect emails held in quarantine?
Emails are held in quarantine for your review for 30 days. After 30 days, emails are purged from the system. We recommend that you review your quarantined emails periodically.
