By default, ESET Endpoint Security will move the suspected virus emails to the “Infected Items”.
Visit the license recovery page to submit a request to have your license information sent to you. Select ‘HOME LICENSE RETRIEVAL’; Enter the email you originally used to register your ESET product; SUBMIT. The email should arrive within 1 hour of your request.
You need to convert your existing ESET-issued Username and Password to a License Key. Please see the detail here.
