Click “Browse categories” to view all service categories. Click a category to view available requests.
Click “My Activity” to view your requests. Your current active requests are listed in “Active events” and past requests listed in “Past events“.
To access ICTO – IT Service Management System, go to https://itservice.um.edu.mo and login with your UMPASS account and password (For Staff Use).
