To access ICTO – IT Service Management System, go to https://helpdesk.icto.um.edu.mo and login with your UMPASS account and password (For Staff Use).

Click “Requests” and “My requests” to view your requests.  Each request is displayed with Reference Number, Subject and Status.

StatusStatus Description
Waiting For ApprovalThe request has been submitted and is pending approval by your department approver.
Open / Waiting For SupportThe request has been received and queued in the system.
In Progress / PendingThe request is in process of handling or pending.
ResolvedThe request has been processed.
ClosedThe request is closed and archived in system log.
CanceledThe request is canceled.

Click the request to view the detail.

Click Cancel if you choose to cancel the request.
