How do I delegate the User Digest?

You can delegate the management of your User Digest or your email group User Digest to another user. For example, a department secretary could manage the User Digest for his / her head or department email group. To do this, you may send an email to ICTO Help Desk (icto.helpdesk@um.edu.mo) with justification.

Note:

  • An Email address can only be delegated to one user.
  • The delegated user must be a UM staff.
