Students
If you have a valid Macau phone number or a secondary e-mail registered in SI system, you can recovery your account at https://recovery.account.icto.um.edu.mo/. Please follow below steps:
- Enter your user ID (first 7 characters of student ID) , date of birth and the last four characters of you ID/Passport number for verifying your identity.
- Choose “Reset Password” and click “Next.
- Choose SMS or E-mail to receive a verification code. Enter your contact number or e-mail and the verification code you received.
- After all the checking passed, you can reset your password. Recommend to read the tips first for choosing a secure password.
- After resetting the password, you should update the new password in your identified locations. (i.e. Mobile devices WI-FI password)
If there is no valid contact registered in the SI system, please contact ICTO Help Desk for account recovery.
Staff
For regular staff, if you have a valid Macau phone number registered in our HR system, you can recovery your account at https://recovery.account.icto.um.edu.mo/. Please follow below steps:
- Enter your user ID, date of birth and staff number for verifying your identity.
- Choose “Reset Password” and click “Next.
- Enter your contact number and the verification code you received.
- After all the checking passed, you can reset your password. Recommend to read the tips first for choosing a secure password.
- After resetting the password, you should update the new password in your identified locations. (i.e. Mobile devices WI-FI password)
If you encounter problem in recovering your password, please send an email to icto.helpdesk@um.edu.mo with User ID and last 4 characters of ID/ passport number for account recovery. (Tel : 8822 8600)
Alumni
Please go to https://ado.um.edu.mo/forgot-login-id-or-password/ and choose “Reset ID/Password” in the form.
