How to submit a request in IT Service Management System?

To access ICTO – IT Service Management System, go to https://itservice.um.edu.mo and login with your UMPASS account and password (For Staff Use).

Click “Browse categories” to view all available service categories. Click a category to view available requests.

Select the request you want to submit.

Fill in the necessary information, click “Submit Request” to send the request.
