How to Download and Install VooV Meeting or Tencent Meeting?

VooV Meeting is the international counterpart of Tencent Meeting.

While Tencent Meeting provides more comprehensive features, it requires users to link their personal WeChat account or a Mainland China mobile number. In contrast, VooV Meeting does not have this requirement.

VooV Meeting

For VooV Meeting:

  1. Visit to Official VooV Meeting download page and download the Windows Installer of Tencent Meeting.
  2. The installer is including the word “VooVMeeting”, and you will find it in your default Downloads folder, then install it following its guide.

  3. It will show the icon on your desktop after you install it.

Tencent Meeting (Link WeChat/CN mobile no.)

For Tencent Meeting:

  1. Visit to Official Tencent Meeting download page and download the Windows Installer of Tencent Meeting.
  2. The installer is including the word “TencentMeeting”, and you will find it in your default Downloads folder, then install it following its guide.

  3. It will show the icon on your desktop after you install it.
