How to sign in VooV Meeting or Tencent Meeting?

VooV Meeting is the international counterpart of Tencent Meeting.

While Tencent Meeting provides more comprehensive features, it requires users to link their personal WeChat account or a Mainland China mobile number. In contrast, VooV Meeting does not have this requirement.

VooV Meeting

For VooV Meeting:

  1. Open the VooV Meeting client.
  2. Click “SSO“, click “I know enterprise domain”, input “um” and click “Log In“.
  3. Sign in with your UMPASS account and password.

Tencent Meeting (Link WeChat/CN mobile no.)

For Tencent Meeting:

It requires users to link your personal WeChat account or a Mainland China mobile number.

  1. Open the Tencent Meeting client.
  2. Click “SSO“, click “I know enterprise domain”, input “um” and click “Log In“.
  3. Sign in with your UMPASS account and password.
  4. (For first-time login to the Tencent Meeting, Only display Chinese)
    After login, It will guide you to link your Mainland China mobile number or your personal WeChat account, as Tencent Meeting in China needs to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
