If secure email gateway does not quarantine or find any suspected emails that address to you within a week, you will not receive a User Digest email notification.
How do I access the quarantine to manage the quarantined emails?
For Staff: You can select the Manage My Account link in your User Digest or navigate to https://umsegm.um.edu.mo/ , and sign in with your UMPASS User ID and Password. For Student (Using UM@Connect Email Service): You can access https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine and sign in with your UMPASS UserID and password.
How long are suspect emails held in quarantine?
Emails are held in quarantine for your review for 30 days. After 30 days, emails are purged from the system. We recommend that you review your quarantined emails periodically.
How can I ensure that certain senders are always/never allowed to email me?
