How to schedule a VooV/Tencent Meeting?

1. Open the VooV/Tencent Meeting client and click ‌[Start]‌.
   
2. Then you will handle a meeting quickly.
3. To invite some peoples, click [Invite], get the invitation info and send to someone.
   

1. To schedule a meeting, Open the VooV/Tencent Meeting client and click [Schedule].
2. It will show a pop-up window for scheduling meeting, Click [Schedule] to schedule your meeting.
   1. Select and confirm the meeting options like Topic, Start time, Duration, Time Zone, Recurring option etc..
   2. Turn on “Sync to calendar” and select Outlook, it will generate the invitation info to outlook after you click [Schedule], if not, it will generate the invitation info in a new pop-up window.
   3. It is recommended to enable meeting password to protect your meeting.
      
3. Finally, you may invite participants by sharing the invitation with them.
4. If you want to manage or edit your scheduling meeting, please follow the steps below:
   

Option1: Joining a Meeting via Meeting ID

1. Open the VooV/Tencent Meeting client and click ‌[Join]‌.
2. Enter the ‌Meeting ID‌ and your ‌name‌, then choose to enable/disable your ‌audio, video‌ and ‌microphone‌. Click ‌[Join]‌ to enter.
3. If a ‌meeting password‌ is required, enter the correct password and join it.
   

Option2: Joining a Meeting via Shareable Link‌

1. You may get the invitation link from mail or other ways, find and click the invitation link.
   
2. Your default browser will direct to a page for joining a meeting, then you can click [Join Now] to join the meeting on time.
