Click “Requests” and “My requests” to view your requests. Each request is displayed with Reference Number, Subject and Status.


| Status | Status Description |
| Waiting For Approval | The request has been submitted and is pending approval by your department approver. |
| Open / Waiting For Support | The request has been received and queued in the system. |
| In Progress / Pending | The request is in process of handling or pending. |
| Resolved | The request has been processed. |
| Closed | The request is closed and archived in system log. |
| Canceled | The request is canceled. |
Click the request to view the detail.

Click Cancel if you choose to cancel the request.
