How to find the access point name of ICTO Wi-Fi equipment?

Every ICTO Wi-Fi access point equipment has an AP name for identification. When you contact Help Desk for support service, please provide the ICTO Wi-Fi AP name of the equipment for efficient arrangement.

How to find the ICTO Access Point Name (AP Name)?

ICTO Access Point Name label looks like the picture shown below.
For example, it starts with the prefix “AP”.

It is usually stick at the front of the Wi-Fi Access Point equipment.

Remark: In addition to ICTO Access Point Name label, you may also find another label in the equipment which looks like below. It is the ICTO asset label / UM Fixed Asset Number label.
