2FA Authentication Methods

Push

After login, it will check for a Duo Push.  Open Duo Mobile app to “approve” the authentication.

     

Passcode

(For device without google service or without Internet access): Go to Duo Mobile app, it will display a 6-digit passcode.

During 2FA authentication, select “Other options”, choose “Duo Mobile passcode” and enter the passcode you get from Duo Mobile app.

2FA is required only when you access ICTO services outside campus.
