How can I view YuJa videos in UMMoodle if nothing is shown?

If you cannot view YuJa video on your phone or computer,  check the browser’s privacy settings.

Enable Cookies in Safari of macOS

  1. Open the Safari browser. Click on the menu in the top left and choose Preferences.
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. Uncheck the box labeled Block All Cookies.
  4. Uncheck the box labeled Prevent cross-site tracking. 
  5. After completing the steps above, clear your browser’s cache and restart the browser.
  6. Login UMMoodle and video should be shown.

Enable Cookies in Safari of iOS/iPadOS

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhones or iPads.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari from the menu.
  3. Under Privacy & Security , disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”.

  4. Scroll down and select Advanced.
  5. Under Privacy, disable “Block All Cookies”.

  6. Quit and restart the Mobile Safari app.
  7. Login UMMoodle and video should be shown.
