- Hotline is only available in the campus network.
- Multiple endpoints can share a line but in-call features (like hold/resume) only work on the first endpoint that answers when using the Jabber application out of campus network.
- Only the primary line is supported when using the Jabber application out of campus network. If you have multiple lines on your IP phone, calls to/from additional lines is not available out of campus network.
- The format of your contact list may be changed when you are accessing the Jabber application via off campus network. The format of the contact: “Last name First name” in Active Directory (AD) such as “tommyho Ho Da Ming”. If you have edited the display name for someone before, the customized name will remain unchanged when you are accessing the Jabber application via off campus network.
- The deskphone mode is not available via off campus network.
