How to reset your voicemail password?

  1. Access to Voicemail Web Portal in your browser;
  2. Login with your UMPASS account;
  3. Click the “Setting” button in the menu bar;

  4. In the Messaging Assistant, from the “Passwords” menu, select “Change PIN“;

  5. On the PIN page, enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it. Use digits 0 through 9;

  6. Select “Save“.
