How to record an audio and add to PowerPoint file

  1. In PowerPoint, click “Insert” -> “Audio” -> “Record Audio”.
  2. Click the “Record button” to start the audio recording.
  3. Click the “Stop button” to stop and then click “OK” to insert the audio.
