How to name the title of page and post?

The first step to create a page/post is to give it a title. Title is very important in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Why? It is the first thing users see in search results and also how search engines determine the topic of the page/post. Here are some remarks:

• Pages/posts with meaningless title are hardly to be searched.
• A good title should be able to explain and summarize the content of the page/post.
• A title should not be too long. Suggested not to over 50 characters.
