For now on, the possible way to use mobile to send as your UM@Connect email alias is by using UM@Connect Webmail.
Unfortunately, such function is not available in the current mainstream of all mobile email apps. Even for Microsoft Outlook Apps, it is officially raised as a wish functional requests and we will provide any update as soon as it does any related update.
