How to activate call forwarding on the IP Phone?

To forward all calls to another number when you are out of office:

  1. Press the [CFwdALL] soft-key button.
  2. Enter the number you want all calls to be forwarded to.

    Notes:
    a. To forward to another extension, you just need to enter the 4-digits extension number. Example: 8888
    b. To forward to external number (e.g. mobile phone), you need to enter “6” + the number you want to forward. Example: 666345678

  3. Once you hear a beep, the call forward feature has been successfully activated and you will see the field is dimmed, and the number for all calls to be forwarded to.
  4. To deactivate this feature, press [CFwdALL] softkey button again.
