How long is my faxes kept?

Incoming fax received by the eFax system will be mailed to the designated user(s)’ email account(s) automatically, All faxes stored in the system will be archived after 90 days. All archived fax will be deleted after 1 year. You are advised to keep the faxes in your email account if they are required to be kept for a longer time.
