What is the upload limit of VOD service?

By default, the maximum upload limit is 50GB per department folder. If the usage of your department folder reaches the limit, you will see the error message shown as below.

For this case, please delete some unused files to free the space, or you can contact ICTO to apply more upload quota.

By the way, it is not recommended to upload large video file (e.g. over 300MB) to VOD server for web access. The file size of video is recommended to be under 50MB with around 5 minutes. Your website will be resulted in slow response as users need to download the large video file every time when they access the webpage. You can use the software Handbrake to compress the video files before uploading them to VOD. For more details, please see this FAQ.
