What is the plan of Windows 11 upgrade?

ICTO will divide the upgrade plan into two parts:

  • Pre-installed Windows 11 – If a computer is due for replacement, the new computer will come with Windows 11 pre-installed.
  • Manual Installation – If the computer is not yet due for replacement, ICTO will provide installation programs in phases, allowing users to upgrade to the latest Windows 11 on their own.
