ICTO will prioritize arrangements for the Windows 10 LTSB (1607) and Windows 10 LTSC (21H2) versions based on the end of support date defined by Microsoft. If a computer has been in use for more than 6 years and is still running Windows 10 LTSB (1607), it will be scheduled for replacement. Users of Windows 10 LTSC (21H2) will need to update the operating system themselves. Additionally, if users of other Windows 10 versions are interested in experiencing Windows 11 earlier, they can contact the ICTO Help Desk for assistance.
