ICTO will give priority to handling computers running Windows 10 LTSB (1607) and Windows 10 LTSC (21H2) based on their support end dates set by Microsoft.
Computers in use for over 6 years with Windows 10 LTSB (1607) will be scheduled for replacement.
- Users who wish to upgrade to Windows 11 early can do so manually via Software Center, provided the device has an Intel Core 8th generation processor or newer (e.g., i5-8xxx, i7-8xxx).
