Spam filtering can automatically identify spam emails and move them to specific mail folder (i.e spammail), so that you don’t need to read those spam emails.

Enabling spam filtering in Student Webmail

  1. Login to ICTO Account Information Page, and click “Spam Filtering” and then click “More”.
  2. Turn on the “Spam Filtering”. You can input another spam mail folder rather than “spammail”. Then, enter your Student Webmail password and click “Submit”.
  3. Once completed, you will see the background color of  “Spam Filtering” change from light pink to light green as shown below.

Read the spam mails in Student Webmail

Once login to Student Webmail, click the “spammail” mail folder and you will find the spam mails.
