After updated email address to “”, you may need to review current mail rules and update them if necessary.

How to review current mail rule:

  1. Open Outlook Client, on Home tab, select Rules, Manage Rules & Alerts…
  2. All the mail rules are listed in Rules and Alerts


Sample rules need to be updated:

  • With in the subject/body
  • With in the recipient’s/ sender’s address


How to update mail rule:

  1. On Rules and Alerts Windows, double-click the mail rules you want to edit
  2. On Rules Wizard, click blue words
  3. modify to or add in the list
  4. Click OK > Finish
  5. Click Apply to apply the new rules
